1. Information Disclosure Standards

Information deemed important will be disclosed in a timely and fair manner. However, we will not disclose personal information, customer information, or information that may infringe on the rights of related parties.

2. Information Disclosure Methods

Information subject to timely disclosure rules will be released through the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) and simultaneously posted on our company website. Even for information not subject to timely disclosure rules, if deemed important for shareholders and investors, we will disclose it through press releases, our company website, and other appropriate channels.

3. Prevention of Insider Trading

We have established internal regulations to prevent insider trading and ensures all employees are thoroughly informed. We will properly manage information related to material facts and strive to prevent insider trading by promptly and appropriately disclosing information based on timely disclosure rules.

4. Quiet Period

To prevent leakage of financial information (including quarterly financial information) and ensure fair information disclosure, we designate the period from the day following the end of each fiscal period (including quarterly periods) until the respective financial results announcement date as a quiet period. During this period, we refrain from answering questions or commenting on financial results and performance forecasts. However, we will promptly disclose any material facts that occur. We will respond to inquiries about already published information.

Our performance forecasts and future outlooks are based on information and reasonable predictions available at the time of disclosure. However, we recognize that future performance contains uncertain elements. Therefore, actual results may differ from forecasts.
