Human Resource Development
CellSource has its own core philosophy of developing human resources, called CellSource HR Balance. We expect the growth of each individual to produce greater progress with solving social issues as well as enrichment of the individual’s life.
An essential factor in making this personal growth happen is feedback. We have two feedback systems.
The first is our performance appraisal system. This is not only an appraisal process, but is set up to prioritize the whole process from setting goals through to completing feedback to encourage the growth of every member of the team.
The second is our 1-on-1 system. At CellSource, we call the 1-on-1 system “one step” to express the hope that the system helps employees take One Step Forward (the Company spirit).
Regularly sharing the process of Keep-Problem-Try-Challenge with superiors visualizes both virtuous and vicious cycles, helping to maintain a work environment with a high level of engagement.
CellSource aims to foster human resources capable of working independently. We believe that people who find problems, devise solutions, and put them into action can drive innovation.

About Human Capital Management
In seeking to expand the business and improve corporate value going forward, the Company is aware that human resources are important in maintaining and evolving all management functions, from management strategy formulation and business implementation to internal control. For this reason, we value the maximization of every employee’s performance and their ongoing development. We also take a careful but proactive approach to recruitment.
As well, CellSource creates new value in society by bringing all employees on board with our Values to solve the three social issues of an aging population, declining birthrate, and public finance issues (budget deficit).

Employee Benefits System
CellSource has introduced an employee benefit system based on the HSF management philosophy that helps every member of the team work with a high level of engagement. We strive to increase employees’ engagement and productivity with an extensive employee benefit system, including programs that prioritize work-life balance and support personal development and health improvement. These initiatives are positioned as important investments in human capital toward achieving our Mission, not only as improvements to employees’ terms and conditions.

Contribution to Local Communities
CellSource contributes toward improving the health and sustainability of local communities through the provision of services. Our network of partner medical institutions covers all prefectures in Japan, helping to improve the quality of life (QOL) of patients nationwide in the field of self-funded treatment not covered by National Health Insurance such as knee arthritis and infertility. These initiatives lead directly to improvement of local medical services and sustainability of social infrastructure.
The Company also helps to revitalize local communities through supporting sports. We are medical partners of many sports teams (including professional soccer teams), helping local teams flourish. As well, the Company participates in hosting local events with sports teams to energize communities and promote health awareness through sports.
CellSource aims to create a healthier, vibrant society by combining state-of-the-art medical technologies with activities rooted in local communities. We will continue to address the needs of local communities and actively contribute toward building a sustainable society.
