With “Change Our Future” as our purpose (the reason why we exist for society), CellSource aims to solve three social issues: an aging population, declining birthrate, and public finance issues (budget deficit).
As a company that solves problems with “Freedom of Life with Medical Revolution” as our mission, we operate in the field of regenerative medicine, which has developed from the research to treatment stage, and other related businesses by harnessing the know-how and branding acquired in regenerative medicine.
In implementing our business, we are working on sustainability represented by Environment (E), Society (S), and Governance (G) by ensuring our policy targets sustained growth and enhanced value of the firm in the medium to long term, securing sufficient and diverse human resources, and responding to climate-related risks and opportunities (based on TCFD framework).
We also promote sustainability by making Human, Social, and Future (HSF) a key factor that embodies our purpose.
“HSF management” is our management policy based on the idea that sustained growth of CellSource centered on HSF synchronizes with the creation of a sustainable society and solution of social issues. We believe HSF management and our PMV (Purpose, Mission, and Values) are connected with the attainment of sustainability that society is working toward.
